Health Hero provides comprehensive wellness services, including unlimited same day GP appointments* with prescriptions and fit notes. You will benefit from personalised nutrition advice and plans from registered dietitians, corrective exercise plans from physiotherapists, and mental health support from professional counsellors. This ensures that all aspects of your health are covered, giving you peace of mind and the support you need to thrive.
Your dependent children are covered on key benefits at no extra cost. Dependents include immediate family in the same household and children aged 16–23 in full-time education living away from home (e.g., at university). The counselling service is the only exception, requiring dependents to be 16+ for support.
